The ultimate goal of a commercial media maker is to have you visuals elegantly woven into the marketing efforts of your clients. It always makes me feel proud and truly excited to see a reputable, high-tech sector brand exploiting the connection between their products and the vast and amazing outdoors.

I am very pleased to present this Benelux version of an ad, which will be running in printed and digital media advertising the newest line of rugged, Transcend drives. On the photograph, you can see Jeff Mercier, professional alpinist and exceptionally performing dry-tooling “magician”, having some fun on Cascate di Lilaz. A beautiful, and easily accessible waterfall, which serves as a learning piece for aspiring ice climbers. The photograph was taken with one of the first commercially available copies of Nikon D4, a fruit of a short collaborative effort with Nikon Europe. The running title of the project was “Cascades of Light”.
